1) About Us

Scentâme provides custom-blended fragrances, subscription services, and related products. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Scentâme.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place orders.

3) Orders & Subscriptions

• Orders: All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Subscriptions: You authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method until you cancel. You can cancel anytime before your next billing date.
• Changes: We may update or discontinue products or plans at our discretion.

4) Pricing & Payment

• Prices are shown in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
• Payment is due at checkout or on each subscription renewal.
• Price changes do not affect already-confirmed orders.

5) Shipping & Delivery

• We ship to the UK and selected international destinations.
• Delivery estimates shown at checkout are not guarantees.
• Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier collects the order.

6) Returns & Replacements

• Due to the personal nature of fragrance, opened items are not returnable.
• For damaged or incorrect items, contact support@scentame.com within 7 days of delivery.

7) Your Content

If you submit names, stories, or other content, you grant Scentâme a non-exclusive licence to use it for order fulfilment and marketing (you can withdraw marketing consent at any time).

8) Intellectual Property

All brand names, product names, logos, packaging, website designs, text, images and software are owned by or licensed to Scentâme and protected by law. You may not use them without written permission.

9) Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scentâme will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

10) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales (unless mandatory consumer laws in your country apply). Disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction.

11) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page and applies from the date shown at the top of the page.
